For the official launch of Twizy at the Geneva Motor Show
yesterday, Renault announced that David and Cathy Guetta became the ambassadors
of its electric vehicle.
Aimed at young and urban, the diamond brand would not enlist
the services of Frank or Michael Andre Rieu to promote its electric vehicle.
This is the famous French DJ who electrifies the dance floors around the world
and his wife creative evenings F *** Me I'm Famous Ibiza that will serve as a
vehicle of communication of Twizy for one year.
The Twizy made a brief appearance as a pub in the clip
"Where Them Girls At"
Admittedly, this strange machine with two seats and the body
open at the doors was already a brief appearance in the video for David Guetta
"Where Them Girls At." But there is a broader campaign with a version
of "edit" his title "Alphabeat" from his latest album
"Nothing but the Beat" and a 3D sound developed specifically for this
campaign, to discover on www.twizy.renault.com.
The video for "Alphabeat - Plug Into the positive
energy" directed by "So Me" (Justice, Kanye West, MGMT ...) and
will include a version exclusively developed interactive format via
"Facebook Connect" will be revealed in advance world premiere at a
special private party March 27 at L'Atelier Renault on the Champs-Elysées in
Paris. And to top it all, a global advertising campaign will be launched next
spring while Twizy marketing in Europe will
occur in the first quarter 2012.
With prices starting from € 6,990 plus a monthly
subscription of 45 € for the rental of the battery, Twizy will be available in
two versions: the less powerful (5 hp for a top speed of 45 km / h) can be
conducted from the age of 16 without a driving license. The other, more
powerful (20 hp and 75 km / h top speed), require a license.
